Green Ginger Kick Smoothie

This is a gorgeous green gingery, paleo friendly smoothie.

Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple sliced
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 60 g baby spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2cm ginger sliced roughly
  • 1/2 lemon or lime
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 tsp tumeric (tumeric capsule)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup coconut milk or preferred milk

Instructions

  • Chop up your banana, apple, avocado, lemon and ginger.
  • Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
