Green Ginger Kick Smoothie
This is a gorgeous green gingery, paleo friendly smoothie.
Servings: 1
- 1 Apple sliced
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cucumber
- 60 g baby spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 2cm ginger sliced roughly
- 1/2 lemon or lime
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 tsp tumeric (tumeric capsule)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup coconut milk or preferred milk
Chop up your banana, apple, avocado, lemon and ginger.
Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
