Each tutoring arrangement runs for that duration and can continue into subsequent school terms, as agreed. Tutoring is undertaken in my home or online. We have a very friendly Golden Retriever in our home. He likes to greet all visitors; however, he is in a seperate area during tutoring. If your child is concerned about dogs, we can have him outside from start to end:) If your child is unwell, it is expected that you will keep your child at home. If I am unable to provide a booked session for that week, payment is not expected. Given the limited tutoring spots and times I have available, please ensure you are on time. You may reschedule one tutoring session per school term without charge. Notes and follow up activities are provided to ensure consolidation continues. Billing is sent via email and can be paid through the online payment system. Billing occurs three weeks at a time and payment is expected within 7 days. If you have an issue with payment, please let me know as soon as possible. Parents are welcome to stay for the first introductory elements of the first tutoring session. There are a number of lovely parks nearby, coffee shops and grocery stores for parents to occupy their time, whilst their child is working on developing their literacy skills.
