Kagami, Marinette and Hawkmoth

Written by Grace

The day before the photoshoot was a cold morning. That was when Kagami was suspicious of Gabriel Agreste.

Gabriel went into his office. Kagami peered into the office while Gabriel looked around, placed his fingers on the large wall painting, pressed down on it and then he vanished down underground. Kagami ran towards the painting, looked around and placed her hands on the painting like Gabriel did. She pressed down and fell underground. Next, she was in an elevator going underground into a dark, spacious, cold room. When the elevator reached the ground floor she stepped out of the elevator and looked around. That’s when she saw….Hawkmoth! She ran behind a bush, ducked down and waited. After a while she peered from the bush, saw Hawkmoth de transforming amazingly there was Gabriel!

Kagami froze but came back to her senses. She tip toed quietly back to the elevator as quickly as she could. She raced back home and rang Adrien, telling him what had happened but he didn’t believe her. She called everyone of her friends, but nobody believed her except Marinette.

That winter in Paris, Kagami and Marinette often saw Gabriel go into his office and into his lair. They witnessed Hawkmoth sending out his Akuma (pet moth) to akumatise someone expressing negative emotions. These sad, angry people would transform into villains. Day after day this would happen until the people in Paris got sick of it.

How do you get rid of an unwanted villain? Easy, superheroes! Kagami discovered that Marinette was Ladybug. So Kagami and Marinette began to make plans to deal with Hawkmoth. The planned on creating a superhero army.

One stormy day, Kagami was training and practising her fencing in the backyard. Something clattered on her fence. Something banged on the tip of the fence. She glanced at the fence warily and squinted her eyes creeping closer, hoping to see what it was. Just then she heard a deep voice, “join me Kagami…” She heard another crash and a clang against the fence.

Kagami held her breath, her heart thumping loud and she dared not to go closer to the fence. The cold windy air made her shiver. She then heard heavy footsteps getting further away from the fence until there was only silence and rain.

The day had come, it was time for Marinette and Kagami to attack with her superhero friends. All the superheroes rushed into Hawkmoth’s lair and attacked him. He fought back. It wasn’t until sunrise that Gabriel (Hawkmoth) surrendered and ran away! Days passed and there was no trace of Gabriel … ever again.
