General Pickling Brine
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups vinegar
- 3 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp peppercorns
- 3 tbsp coriander seeds
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Place pickling ingredients in a pot on a stove. Simmer for 5 - 6 min.
- Wash peppers and place holes into whole peppers using the tip of a knife, OR slice the peppers. Fill jars with peppers (packed in).
- When the brine is still warm, pour into the jars. Place into fridge.
- After 1 - 2 weeks, pickles are good to eat.
